Frequently Asked Questions
I've opted out of automated emails from Surveyi and cannot receive survey invitations or other emails. How do I opt back in?
You can opt back in by sending an empty email to our automated opt-in email address as follows:
1. The email must be from the email address (yours) which has opted out.
2. The email must be sent to:
You will then receive an email confirmation response. If this doesn't happen, please contact us via the support form at the bottom of this page.
Why are my survey users unable to access my survey?
For people to be able to access your surveys the following must be checked:
1. The survey must be launched.
2. The response group being used for access must be enabled and not outside the date or response limits set by you.
Why are there no results showing for my survey when I know they've been received?
Check that there are no filters applied to your survey which are excluding results:
1. Click on the
drop down menu above your results page.
2. Click on the red cross to delete the filter, or disable it if you want to keep it and click
Also check that you have not sent out the preview link to those who are accessing your survey. Preview links cannot collect results although they do allow navigation through the survey.
Why do my invite popups look different to the preview?
You most likely have a CSS style set on your website which is changing the appearance of the Surveyi popup banner. Check that you have the
attribute set in your website HTML. We recommend a doc type as follows:
